Pricing

All prices on Pehmö’s online shop (Pehmoshop.com) are stated in Euros (€) and include Estonian Value Added Tax (22%).
The prices do not include shipping costs, which are specified in the order sum at checkout for review before confirming the order.
For customers ordering products for delivery outside of the EU, please note that purchases may be subject to import duties and taxes once the goods reach the destination country. Any charges related to customs clearance must be borne by the customer.

All items are handmade to order and will be delivered within 3-6 weeks.
Items in “Clear-Out” are “Ready to Ship” and will usually arrive in 3-7 working days within the EU.
Made-to-order items will have a delivery estimate provided at the time of order.
Deliveries are conducted by DPD, Monday to Friday, between 7.00am and 7.00pm. Customers will receive a text on the day of delivery with an estimated 1-hour delivery window and options to change the delivery day, deliver to a specific neighbor or safe place, or collect from the nearest DPD Pickup Shop.

If the products do not match the order placed, are damaged, or do not meet your needs in any other way, you have 10 days to inform us if you wish to return them.
Special order products made specifically for you are not eligible for return.
To initiate a return, email us at info@pehmoshop.com with the product name you wish to return, the order number from the invoice, and your bank account details for the refund. Including pictures of any damage can provide more in-depth information for the issue.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days from the return notice.
Returned products must be in their original packaging and should not have been used.
Transport costs for returns are paid by the customer unless the product arrived damaged or different from the order placed.

Pehmö shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure is as a result of Acts of Nature (including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane or other natural disaster), war, invasion, act of foreign enemies, hostilities (regardless of whether war is declared), civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, military or usurped power, or confiscation, terrorist activities, nationalization, government sanction, blockage, embargo, labor dispute, strike, lockout or interruption or failure of electricity or telephone service, and any other event beyond the control of Pehmö.

We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately. Your continued use of the website and services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
